     To work harmoniously with people, with courtesy, respect, and correct manners, is a prerequisite for any achievement in human development. It is as simple and as hard as that.

Our greatest obstacles to development are anger and fear. Without first achieving balance within ourselves we will not be equipped to move forward in a harmonious and functional manner. We must always begin with ourselves.

Nothing in the world is free: as the aphorism states Take what you want says God – but pay for it! In this life everything must be learned. It is our responsibility to make ourselves open and available to learn, whether de-learning, re-learning, or learning anew.

          The human family is a single organism that connects through the heart. We do not need any secret code or password – we are eligible for our inherent emotional and conscious empowerment by being human.

Thoughts

The ability to be functional rests on the type of knowledge we work with. Working with information that is useless will not prepare us for encountering our future needs. We must ensure that each of us has the correct tools, the terms of reference, to be efficient for the participation that is required of us.

Socrates

In ancient Greece (469 - 399 BC), Socrates was widely lauded for his wisdom.

One day an acquaintance ran up to him excitedly and said, "Socrates, do you know what I just heard about Diogenes?"

"Wait a moment," Socrates replied, "Before you tell me I'd like you to pass a little test. It's called the Triple Filter Test."
'Triple filter?" asked the acquaintance.

"That's right," Socrates continued, "Before you talk to me about Diogenes let's take a moment to filter what you're going to say. The first filter is Truth. Have you made absolutely sure that what you are about to tell me is true?"

"No," the man said, "Actually I just heard about it."

"All right," said Socrates, "So you don't really know if it's true or not. Now let's try the second filter, the filter of Goodness. Is what you are about to tell me about Diogenes something good?"

"No, on the contrary..."

"So," Socrates continued, "You want to tell me something about Diogenes that may be bad, even though you're not certain it's true?"

The man shrugged, a little embarrassed. Socrates continued, "You may still pass the test though, because there is a third filter, the filter of Usefulness. Is what you want to tell me about Diogenes going to be useful to me?"

"No, not really."

"Well," concluded Socrates, "If what you want to tell me is neither True nor Good nor even useful, why tell it to me or anyone at all?"

The man was bewildered and ashamed.

Living Intelligence

I heard it said that everything is living information; that consciousness is living intelligence that in-forms all living beings... then I heard that...

this programs our survival. we respond to it instinctively, it drives us and implements strategies and actions to control events that are survival patterns to enable evolutionary growth. people who are able to 'tap into' these streams of information find a greater flow in their lives as they connect the dots and work in harmony with the evolutionary impulse and imperative. There are also those who, having s strong conscious connection with the living intelligence, assist to drive and steer physical and energetic processes in line with the Design. The living intelligence wishes to be known, to come forth into greater presence within the physical program of life. The evolutionary design is to implement this emergence between matter and spirit. Energies have been in preparation to hold the living intelligence within the earth's frequencies. Human bodies too have been gradually influenced in order to hold these energies. There will slowly be a 'turning up' of the earth energies in order to permit the emergence of Living Intelligence. Everything will be affected

The Will

She was the younger of the two yet was without a doubt the special one. Her perceptions were almost extra-sensory...older than her youthful years, she walked amongst the world of adults in a slim body. She was searching for something different, set aside from the rest of the monochrome, relentless distractions.

She wanted antiques, and to be near things that had age and oozed experience. She wandered into the evening, pursued by hungry males. She would look after herself perfectly. I looked on, seeing the rabble congregate and follow on.

I would be going my own way; strangely too beguiled by this youth. It was a crossing; no further function between us. In this vague realm we take what we can remember - and do what we have the will to undertake.

A Promising Beginning

'There are energy spots everywhere; like threads of lemongrass spreading scent as it criss-crosses the lame fields'

'Do you really think so?' she enquired.

'It is not a matter of thinking; nor is it a matter of belief. These things just are - like wind ruffles leaves and worms burrow mud'. She smiled at the answer and cocked her head.

'You speak as if you know what is happening. Tell me: what is our future?'

'I haven't a clue I replied. In truth I am as lost as you'

I never saw her again after that. Perhaps she was disappointed in my truth after such a promising beginning.
